  2. Step-by-step protocol

    The Symptothermal Method Guide

The non-hormonal method with real effectiveness data, and the actual step-by-step protocol, not the oversimplified TikTok version.

  3. Evidence-based list

Built around the drivers underneath PCOS/PMOS symptoms, like insulin resistance, with real food examples, not diet-culture guessing.

Why I made this

The information you deserve before you're prescribed anything

Most people are prescribed contraception without ever seeing the options side by side, or hearing about the side effects that rarely come up in the appointment. This kit puts the research in one place: cited, in plain language, and honest about where the evidence runs out.

“Some people do well on any given method. The point isn't a verdict, it's that the choice should be an informed one.”
